- I am a mother to two incredible children. Hunter is 8 years old and Ella Grace is 6 years old. My children are my life, my true joy. My life was turned upside down when my daughter was born and surprised us all by having Down syndrome. Down Syndrome Creed
My face may be different,
but my feelings the same.
I laugh and I cry
and take pride in my gains.
I was sent here among you
to teach and to love
as God in the heavens
looks down from above.
To Him I'm no different,
His love knows no bounds;
It's those here among you,
in cities and towns
that judge me by standards
that man has imparted,
but this family I've choosen
will help me get started.
For I'm one of the children,
so special so few,
that came here to learn
the same lessons as you.
That love is acceptance,
it must come from the heart;
we all have the same purpose,
though not the same start.
The Lord gave me life
to live and embrace,
and I'll do it as you do,
but at my own pace.

Logan is going to get tubes on Tuesday. I am glad they could do it so soon. And thanks for the advice on the adenoids and tonsils, Logan's doctor wants to do that in the future. I'll make sure I look into that more, before we decide. Does Ella breath loudly?? Logan does. He always sounds very congested, that's why he was concerns about his breathing at night.
YAY they made it! Kennedy made it to midnight and then she drank her sparkling cider, stoop up and stretched and said "mornin!" (Which is her way of saying "see you in the morning" and she put herself to bed! LOL This is Kameron's first year making it to midnight EVER and he's 6! LOL Glad her 15 month check up went well!
