Out of control....

Get It Down; 31 for 21

Okay, this may not be as funny to some people as it is to me. Ella was hilarious last night, I almost pee'd my pants because I was laughing SO hard. It all started with Ella wanting to watch herself on the computer, so my mom turned on the video of Ella doing her "Ballerina Girl" dance. I said "Ella can you be a ballerina girl?" She started spinning and spinning and spinning all the time saying "Weeeeeee weeeee!" So after about 10 minutes of spinning I decided to get out the camera and start recording. It starts off with Hunter doing a forward roll followed by Ella's forward roll. Ella will absolutly anything for a laugh and since their were five adults here she was in her element. My grandad however thought we were mean because we kept laughing. Anyhow, here you go.....

Ella didn't look so great by the time she was done with all her spinning, I totally thought she was going to be sick but she didn't. However for the rest of the night she kept wanting to spin, even in the bath tub she stood up and tried, such a funny girl!!

It thrills me to see her spinning around like that. She's too cute. I want to see more video of Hunter! I miss his silly laugh.
I like the other post about a family can be anything. She'll definitely be independent. :)

It's another night of trying to keep Cayman from napping so she'll be tired to go to bed tonight. She was fussying until she heard me play this video of Ella. She stopped and listened very intently. Now she's happy and awake. So we said every evening when she wants to nap and we are trying to keep her up we'll just have to play this video of Ella for her. She loves it!

Loved the video. Abbi does the same thing. She has also started a game where she tries to walk around with her eyes closed. She thinks it is hilarious!

I read your blog all the time. I have a daughter, Katie, who will be 8 next month who also has Down Syndrome. When watching this wonderful video of Ella I swear I hear her saying dizzy, at least twice. When my son Matthew was 18 months old I could understand everything he said because I was with him all the time but most people had a hard time understanding him. It wasn't until my second son David started talking that I realized the difference. Matthew started speach when he was in 1st grade and continued with it through middle school. This experience has helped in understanding Katie's speach as well as some of her classmates. I just wanted to mention this and wondered if you hear it too. She is beautiful!

HA HA HA!!! We were all laughing right along with you guys! That has to be the funniest thing ever! The expressions on her face were what made me laugh! Brendan was cracking up! He said you definitely need to get Ella into some dancing classes! Shaylin said "Mommy isnt she getting dizzy? She might fall down and get hurt, Hunter should be holding her hand" I told her I think she would do it even if he was holding her hand! Looks like that was a fun time-wish we could have been there too--love ya's so much, Aunt Tami and family
