31 for 21: Pumpkin Patch Again

Today we decided to head up to Green Bluffs. It's a cool group of farms in our area. I have been wanting to go the last couple of falls but this is our first time, this time of year.  We had a pretty good time.  Ella of course wanted NOTHING to do with going.  She immediately started chanting "I HATE HAY," when I mentioned it this morning, (if you haven't read my post from a week ago, go read it and you will understand. She had a total sensory freak out over hay.)  But, we decided to go anyways!

Right away Ella was thrilled to torture chase the chickens.  Poor things.

Then we posed here.

Then we headed into the hay maze.  She did not want to go but once her Bubba took off into it she just couldn't resist. 

She was careful to not touch any of the walls.

At the end there was this pit? of hay.  And to my amazement she ran in there....

And LOVED it.

I mean seriously loved it.

Happy girl.

She maybe didn't love it quite as much as Hunter

She didn't bury herself in it afterall, but she did help!

But seriously?  She couldn't have at least tolerated the hay on her field trip in front of all of those people????  Nope.  Just like everything else in Ella world she apparently loves hay on her own terms....when she feels like it.

Then we headed over to the pumpkins and Ella found hers...

and then changed her mind and found another one : )

Oh man this is heavy!!!

 Bubba found his too....after a lot of searching!

All my pumpkins in the cart!  ( I didn't mean to cut Daddy's head off and in fact have another picture in which his head is intact but the kids weren't smiling so....sorry Daddy : )

Relaxing while mommy and daddy gather 40lbs of apples!  I have plans : )
